A bomb blast caused the derailment of a Russian express train in which 26 people were killed and scores were injured, the head of Russia's intelligence service (FSB) has said. The Nevsky Express came off the tracks on Friday night as it travelled across Novgorod province on its journey between Moscow, the Russian capital, and St Petersburg.
